Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: June 25, 2026
Company: NuFlow South Pacific
Jurisdiction: State of Hawaii / Multi-Island Commercial Footprint (Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Hawaii Island, Molokai, and Lanai, including Honolulu, Kailua-Kona, Kihei, Waimea, and surrounding municipal zones)
Governing Law: State of Hawaii
1. Scope of Inside-Infrastructure Mechanical & Trenchless Contracting
NuFlow South Pacific operates as a specialized commercial, municipal, and industrial pipe rehabilitation contractor. The firm provides inside-infrastructure clean water solutions, structural pull-in-place cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, blown-in pressurized epoxy coatings, mechanical pipe descaling, high-pressure line scouring, and non-destructive utility restorations.
- Tendering & Estimating Framework: Engineering proposals, system blueprints, dynamic material allocation sheets, or scheduling options provided via (808) 426-7924, (808) 452-1437, or https://nuflowsp.com/ are conditional and preliminary. Binding contractual agreements are executed strictly in writing on-site after an authorized trenchless specialist conducts an internal closed-circuit television (CCTV) assessment and pneumatic pressure test log of the targeted infrastructure.
- Proprietary Technology Application Guidelines: As the authorized regional provider of exclusive Nu Flow technologies—including Nu Line, Nu Drain, and Nu Tube systems—all applications must strictly conform to manufacturer-specified temperature, vacuum velocity, and crystallization metrics. Structural life extensions and flow capacity guarantees apply exclusively to the specific interior linear footage treated.
- Potable Water System Approvals: Pressurized potable water transformations utilizing the NuForce Pressurized CIPP array or blown-in epoxy coatings deploy strictly eco-friendly, certified structural resins. Property owners acknowledge that internal system passivations require the host piping network to be structurally cleared of heavy historic calcification, lead scaling, and deep tubercules via air-delivered abrasives before liquid chemical adhesive components can be blown through.
2. SMS & Industrial Logistics Messaging Consent
By submitting a commercial request for proposal (RFP), scheduling an on-site video camera infrastructure diagnostic, or contacting our Honolulu or Kailua-Kona regional operational bases, you enter our direct field dispatch network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications from NuFlow South Pacific for:
- Logistical & Multi-Island Crew Mobilization: Real-time updates regarding technical field freight transit, automated equipment positioning notifications, maritime inter-island shipping delivery alerts, and emergency technician arrival tracking.
- Technical Asset Delivery: Digital transmission of pipeline video logs, pneumatic air tracking data sheets, epoxy thickness verification logs, upfront engineering options menus, and final structural invoices.
- Account Administration: Contractual progress billing confirmations, structural change-order validations, and manufacturer product registration updates.
- Opt-Out Control: Enterprise and facility representatives retain full authority to terminate mobile notifications at any time by replying STOP. Standard global message and data rates apply.
3. Professional Industry Standards & Code Compliance
NuFlow South Pacific operates as a premier mechanical general entity in strict compliance with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) Professional and Vocational Licensing division. All technical deployments—encompassing high-pressure potable water mains up to 24 inches NPS and non-pressurized vertical drain stacks—conform strictly with the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) as amended by the State of Hawaii, local county building codes, and OSHA trench/confined-space criteria.
4. Hawaiian Island Maritime Logistics & Environmental Factors
Specializing in high-stakes inside-infrastructure restorations that protect structural landscapes, sidewalks, and parking lots from destruction, NuFlow South Pacific is legally exempt from project delays, technical standby fees, or mechanical timeline deviations caused by:
- Heavy localized transit or highway bottlenecks unique to the Hawaiian island corridors (including the H-1 freeway, Nimitz Highway, and remote volcanic or coastal thoroughfares).
- Severe sub-tropical weather parameters (including torrential flash flooding, high-velocity gale winds, or extreme maritime humidity spikes) that disrupt air temperature curing profiles or make high-voltage compressor rigging physically unsafe.
- Multi-island maritime or trans-Pacific freight supply chain constraints affecting foreign or domestic automated parts distribution.
- Delays induced by the state-mandated utility tracking utility (Hawaii One Call Center / 811).
5. Non-Pressurized Mechanical Scouring & Structural Pipe Disclaimers
Our professional drain cleaning, pipe descaling, and high-pressure scouring services utilize calibrated physical friction and pneumatic agitation to prepare pipe walls before lining. Property owners and facility managers acknowledge that these procedures place intense physical stress on older pipe materials (such as galvanized steel, black iron, or degraded clay). NuFlow South Pacific disclaims structural liability for the unexpected physical collapse, line breach, or structural blowout of conduits that were fundamentally thinned, pinholed, or root-fractured by decades of unmonitored corrosion prior to our arrival.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hawaii statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of NuFlow South Pacific for any structural omission, engineering variance, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the corporate client under the specific service invoice. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing toxic mold growth, commercial business interruption losses, structural foundation cracking from historic leaks, or secondary property damage occurring prior to our technical mobilization.
